Black Belt Grading Application (Credit)

Back Belt Grading Information

Date: 23rd of October 2021

Start Time: Juniors 10:00am, Adults 1pm

Venue Address: Pro Martial Arts Schools Grantham, 18 Priest Court, Springfield Business Park, Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG31 7FZ.

Car Parking: Please park in the car park at the front of the Kickboxing Centre or in the large car park at the top of the industrial estate (please don’t park in the Equilibrium Gym car park)

Please Bring: In date PKA Licence, PMAS Kickboxing uniform and belt, full protective equipment, water only to drink (no juice please). 

Applications must be submitted and paid online on or before Saturday the 16th of October 2021.

You are welcome to use any credit you have from the first national lockdown, April, May, June or July 2020. You will need to confirm the amount of credit you have with your Instructor and pay the remainder of the grading fee via online banking before submitting your Black Belt Grading application form.
